Weekend Stays - we have a minimum 2 night policy for guests who wish to stay with us over the weekend (Fri & Sat).

Our Early Summer Break is available for midweek stays (Sunday to Thursday) in April, May or June 2012. Prices are per room, per night and include Bed & Full Scottish Breakfast and VAT at 20%. This offer is subject to availability.
Check in and check out times:
Check in on the day of your arrival is from 15:00hrs
Check out on the day of your departure is by 11:00hrs
Payment can be made by:

- Sterling travellers cheques

Cancellation Policy:
We accept cancellations up until 48 hours before arrival with no charge. Cancellations less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged for the 1st night stay unless we can re-sell the room. In the event of a guests non-arrival without the cancellation of their reservation, the full amount agreed for the reservation will be deducted from the card used to secure the booking.
Children
We are always pleased to have well behaved children about the house.
- Children under 2 years stay for free, unless a travel cot is required which is charged at £7.50 per night
- Children aged 2 - 9 yrs are charged £15.00 per night
- Children aged 10 - 15 yrs are charged at £20.00 per night
- Guests aged 16 yrs + are charged the full adult rate
