Owners Jane and Calum MacLellan with their AA Award for best Guest House Breakfast in Scotland

Craigmhor Lodge & Courtyard in the popular Highland Perthshire town of Pitlochry has received a double dose of industry praise, winning two top awards in the space of two days from the Scottish Hotel Awards and the AA.

At the end of April, the Scottish Hotel Awards, aka the industry “Oscars” held at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Glasgow, named the family-run business the best Guest House in Scotland, for the second year running.   On the following Tuesday, at the AA’s award ceremony in London, Craigmhor Lodge & Courtyard received the award for the Best Guest House Breakfast in Scotland.

Owners Calum and Jane MacLellan were thrilled with their wins and the recognition received, stating “We’re absolutely delighted to have received these awards.  It really makes us proud to know that we’re held up there as one of the best in the business.  We’re so proud of all of our team and the hard work that goes in to making our Guest House experience a great one for our guests.”

The 12 bedroom luxury Guest House in Pitlochry has gone from strength to strength in recent years and is rated 4 Gold Stars by both VisitScotland and the AA.   The Guest House also has an enviable 5/5 rating on TripAdvisor.
