Craigmhor Lodge & Courtyard in Pitlochry wins award for best Guest House in Scotland

It’s Official – Craigmhor Lodge is Scotland’s Best Guest House

Craigmhor Lodge & Courtyard in Pitlochry wins award for best Guest House in ScotlandUp against some of the stiffest competition in the country, Craigmhor Lodge & Courtyard won the title of best Guest House in Scotland at the prestigious Scottish Hotel Awards 2018.

Being named the best Guest House in the whole of Scotland is no mean feat. There must be thousands of establishments across the nation who offer a great customer experience, but Craigmhor Lodge & Courtyard in Pitlochry has been named the best of the best.

Speaking about the award, owner Calum MacLellan says “It’s a real honour to be recognised at such a high level for what we do here at Craigmhor Lodge. We’ve been in the running for quite a few years but this is our year to be the best. Our whole team works hard to ensure our guests have a wonderful stay, something more than just a night away somewhere nice but a real luxury and welcoming experience with a fantastic breakfast too.”

Here’s what the Hotel Award judges had to say about their visit;

“Our stay at Craigmhor Lodge exceeded our expectations. Considering it was the  end of February with such wintry weather and tourists scarce no detail of the stay was compromised.  Breakfast was an absolute delight and far superior to a number of 4 or 5 star hotels. Such an enjoyable experience. A worthy winner for Guest House.”
